Our Policy
A
tentative reservation will be held for one week. A deposit, of $100.00 to
$500.00, is due upon reservation confirmation.
Payment must be made with cash or credit card.
We do not accept personal or business checks.
Your guaranteed guest count & menu selections are due two weeks in advance.
The guaranteed final headcount is used to determine the minimum amount billed.
You must sign the banquet
contract in person or via fax. The best
times to meet with a banquet manager are from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or after
9:00 p.m. We will not be responsible for any misunderstandings if there is
no written agreement.
Banquets have
a 3-hour time limit unless special arrangements are made in advance. Room
assignment will be made according to your guaranteed guest count, 75 for the
Caesar room, 65 for the old lounge and 40 for the back room. If these counts
have not been guaranteed your party room will be subject to change without
notification.
We offer
individual or family style menus to meet your dining needs. We have one
exception:
On Saturday evenings Picano’s only
offers “ Family Style” banquet menus.
Entrée choices for your banquet are affected by your guest count:

For parties of up to fifteen guests you will have a
choice of all three entrees.

For parties of sixteen to twenty five guests you
will have a choice of two entrees.

For parties with over twenty-five guests you will
have a choice of one entree.
In compliance with health department rules, Picano’s will supply all food and
beverages. The only exception is a special occasion cake (i.e., shower,
baptism etc.) with a receipt. There is a $.50 per Person serving fee.
Children are welcome guests, but for safety issues we must require them to
remain in your banquet room and to be under adult supervision to avoid
accidents. |
